Business name numerology calculator
Free tool: enter your date of birth and business or brand name to see the Chaldean business root (compound total + single digit), your birth-day root, destiny reference, and a founder compatibility snapshot using the same pairing matrix as our mobile and vehicle calculators.
How this calculator works
A business name behaves like a mantra customers repeat: URLs, invoices, and social tags all reinforce the same letter string. This page follows a compact Chaldean model (the same letter grid we use for vehicle plates): each retained letter maps to a digit 1–8 (nine is not assigned to letters in the classic grid; it can still appear as a final reduced total), digits in the name add their face value, everything sums to a compound total, then we reduce to a single business root 1–9.
Layer A — compound vs Layer B — single root
Professionals often read two tiers: the two-digit (or larger) sum before reduction describes the path or hidden current behind the brand, while the final single digit is the customer-facing vibe and market placement. Two names can share the same final root but feel different if their compounds differ — useful when judging stability versus flash.
Industry-to-domain check (illustrative)
The result card maps each root to sectors where that digit is traditionally considered strong (for example 5 with commerce and digital velocity, 6 with hospitality and aesthetics). Treat this as creative positioning guidance, not a verdict on your P&L.
Founder sync — birth-day and destiny
The tool compares your business root with your birth-day root (day of month reduced to 1–9, sometimes called psychic number) and a destiny root (full date digits summed and reduced). Friendly / neutral / high-friction labels reuse the same pairing matrix as our mobile and vehicle calculators so you get a consistent founder lens across tools.
Brand vs legal entity
Many teams run one total on the consumer brand (logo, domain, packaging) and another on the legal incorporation string (LLC / Pvt Ltd suffixes) because each string answers a different question: acquisition versus capitalization tables. This calculator analyzes exactly what you type — try both spellings if you split brand and legal names.
