TrustAstrology.ai Wallet Program Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

  • Wallet balance is the in-app prepaid balance issued by TrustAstrology.ai that unlocks predefined discount tiers on eligible purchases made only on TrustAstrology.ai, including reports, audible episodes, and other premium content.
  • Indicative value. While ₹1 of wallet balance may be notionally displayed as ₹1 savings for internal calculation purposes, wallet balance does not represent stored monetary value, prepaid instruments, deposits, or legal tender. The actual benefit depends entirely on the active discount slab at checkout.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to all registered users of TrustAstrology.ai.
  • One account per individual. Wallet balance is non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be pooled or shared.

3. Adding wallet balance

  • On eligible purchases, you earn 50% of the amount paid as wallet balance for every ₹100 actually paid (at ₹1 of balance per ₹1 for calculation purposes).
  • Wallet balance accrues proportionately and is rounded down to the nearest whole rupee of balance.
  • Amounts paid using wallet balance do not earn additional wallet balance.
  • Certain products, subscription plans, and wallet top-up purchases are excluded from earning wallet balance or may earn a fixed amount instead of the standard rate, as determined by TrustAstrology.ai from time to time.
  • Wallet balance is added within 24 hours after successful activation or delivery.
  • You may also top up your wallet directly from the Plans section. Balance from those purchases is credited per the pack purchased.
  • TrustAstrology.ai may, from time to time, offer different wallet promotions to users.

4. Redemption, discount logic and platform discretion

Wallet balance does not reduce order value on a strict 1:1 monetary basis. Redemption is governed exclusively by predefined discount tiers on eligible products.

  • Example product base price: ₹30.
  • Allowed payable amounts are limited to fixed slabs: ₹30 (0%), ₹27 (10%), ₹24 (20%), ₹21 (30%), ₹18 (40%), ₹15 (50%), ₹12 (60%), ₹9 (70%), ₹6 (80%), ₹3 (90%).
  • If applying wallet balance mathematically results in a value that does not match an approved slab, the system will automatically apply the next higher discount slab.
  • Example: ₹30 minus ₹8 of wallet balance equals ₹22. Since ₹22 is not an approved slab, the payable amount becomes ₹21 (30% slab).
  • Final payable amounts must always match an official slab. Custom or intermediate pricing is not permitted.
  • Wallet balance cannot be applied to certain subscription plans, wallet top-up purchases, and other products excluded by TrustAstrology.ai from time to time.
  • Platform-controlled logic. The calculation, sequencing, and interpretation of wallet balance are fully controlled by TrustAstrology.ai systems. The platform reserves sole discretion in determining how wallet balance converts into discount tiers.
  • No fixed monetary equivalence. Wallet balance does not guarantee a direct ₹1 reduction per rupee of balance. Effective benefit depends entirely on the active discount structure at checkout.
  • Right to modify logic. TrustAstrology.ai may modify, restructure, introduce, or remove discount tiers, redemption mechanics, valuation methods, or earning rates at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.
  • Wallet balance is not redeemable for cash, refunds, or transfers.

5. Validity and expiry

  • Wallet balance never expires.
  • Your wallet balance remains available until used on eligible purchases, reversed under these terms, or removed for compliance reasons.

6. Cancellations and refunds

  • Wallet balance earned from cancelled or refunded orders will be reversed.
  • Wallet balance used in refunded orders (if eligible) will be returned to your wallet.
  • Wallet balance associated with chargebacks or failed payments may be removed.

7. Fraud, abuse and compliance

TrustAstrology.ai reserves the right to audit, withhold, reverse, cancel wallet balance, or suspend accounts in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, multi-account activity, exploitation of discount slabs, or violation of platform policies.

8. Program changes and termination

TrustAstrology.ai may modify, suspend, or terminate the wallet program at any time. Unused wallet balance remains subject to the latest applicable terms.

9. Governing law

Governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
