TrustAstrology.ai Wallet Program Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

  • Wallet balance is the in-app prepaid balance issued by TrustAstrology.ai. It is shown in ₹ and can be used toward eligible purchases on TrustAstrology.ai, including Chat, Audibles, Karma Cards, Avatar, reports, and other premium digital content.
  • Not legal tender. Wallet balance is in-app credit only. It is not a bank account, stored-value instrument, deposit, or legal tender. It cannot be withdrawn as cash.
  • Coins. Internally, wallet balance may be tracked as coins. One coin is treated as ₹1 when applied at checkout on eligible products.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to all registered users of TrustAstrology.ai.
  • One account per individual. Wallet balance is non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be pooled or shared.

3. Adding wallet balance

  • You may top up your wallet directly from the Wallet screen or Plans section. The amount credited matches the top-up value you purchase.
  • Certain plan purchases may include a fixed wallet reward. The reward amount and validity period depend on the plan purchased and are shown at checkout or on the plan page.
  • Amounts paid using wallet balance do not earn additional wallet balance.
  • Subscription plans, wallet top-up purchases, and other products excluded by TrustAstrology.ai from time to time do not earn wallet balance.
  • Wallet balance is credited after successful payment and order confirmation.
  • TrustAstrology.ai may offer wallet promotions from time to time. Promotion terms will be shown where the offer appears.

4. Redemption and use

  • At checkout on eligible products, you may apply wallet balance to reduce the amount you pay. One coin equals ₹1 off the order total, up to the full order amount.
  • Wallet balance cannot be applied to subscription plans, wallet top-up purchases, or other products excluded by TrustAstrology.ai from time to time.
  • When you use wallet balance, coins with the earliest expiry date are used first.
  • Wallet balance is not redeemable for cash, bank transfers, or refunds to a payment method.
  • TrustAstrology.ai may modify eligible products, redemption rules, or earning rates at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.

5. Validity and expiry

  • Wallet balance from a top-up is valid for 365 days from the date it is credited, unless a different period is stated at the time of the offer.
  • Wallet balance earned from a plan purchase follows the expiry period shown for that plan or offer.
  • Unused balance expires at the end of its validity period and cannot be restored.

6. Cancellations and refunds

  • Wallet balance earned from cancelled or refunded orders will be reversed.
  • Wallet balance used in refunded orders (if eligible) will be returned to your wallet with a new validity period as determined by TrustAstrology.ai.
  • Wallet balance associated with chargebacks or failed payments may be removed.

7. Fraud, abuse and compliance

TrustAstrology.ai reserves the right to audit, withhold, reverse, cancel wallet balance, or suspend accounts in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, multi-account activity, or violation of platform policies.

8. Program changes and termination

TrustAstrology.ai may modify, suspend, or terminate the wallet program at any time. Unused wallet balance remains subject to the latest applicable terms.

9. Governing law

Governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
