All of our astrology services – including AI consultations, horoscope reports, compatibility analyses, and other readings – are delivered digitally. Once you have an active account (and a subscription, if accessing premium features), you can receive your astrological guidance on our platform in real-time. There is no physical shipment for these services. For example:
- After you input your details and question, the AI will typically provide your reading or report within seconds to a couple of minutes on-screen.
- If you request a detailed PDF report (for instance, a full birth chart analysis), the PDF will be generated and made available for download in your account
1.2 Email Confirmations and Reports
When you complete certain actions, such as signing up, subscribing to a plan, or requesting a specific report, our system may send you an email confirmation or copy of the results:
- Subscription confirmation emails are sent upon successful payment, including details of your plan and validity.

Our digital delivery is available 24/7. You can access the TrustAstrology.ai service anytime, anywhere (except in regions we do not serve, as noted). During such times, some deliveries (like generating a report or responding to a query) might be delayed until service resumes. We appreciate your patience in those cases and will strive to minimize any disruption.
