Delivery & Shipping Policy

1.1 Instant Digital Access

Our astrology services, including AI consultations, horoscope reports, compatibility analyses, and other readings, are delivered digitally. Once you have an active account (and a subscription or wallet balance, if required for premium features), you can receive your astrological guidance on our platform in real time. There is no physical shipment for these services. For example:

• After you input your details and question, the AI will typically provide your reading or report within seconds to a couple of minutes on screen.
• If you request a detailed PDF report, such as a full birth chart analysis, the PDF will be generated and made available for download in your account.

1.2 Email Confirmations and Reports

When you complete certain actions, such as signing up, subscribing to a plan, or requesting a specific report, our system may send you an email confirmation or copy of the results.

• Subscription confirmation emails are sent upon successful payment, including details of your plan and validity.
• Ensure that the email you provide is correct and active. If you do not receive expected emails, check your spam or junk folder or contact support.

1.3 Availability

Our digital delivery is available 24/7. You can access TrustAstrology.ai anytime, anywhere, except in regions we do not serve. In rare cases of maintenance or outages, we will post a notice on the site. During such times, some deliveries like generating a report or responding to a query might be delayed until service resumes. We appreciate your patience and will strive to minimize any disruption.

2.1 Complimentary plan gifts

Select subscription and access plans include complimentary physical gifts, such as Rudraksha bands, bracelets, crystal pyramids, and decor frames. The specific gift depends on the plan you purchase and is shown on the plan page at checkout.

2.2 Shipping area and timeline

• Physical gifts ship within India only. We do not ship internationally.
• After successful payment, we ask you to provide a delivery address on the thank-you page or later under Account and Orders.
• Typical delivery is 4 to 5 business days across India once a complete address is received. Remote areas may take longer.
• Each gift includes a certificate of authenticity where applicable.

2.3 Address accuracy and delivery issues

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to resend the gift.

If your gift arrives damaged or you do not receive it within the expected window, contact us at support@trustastrology.com with your order number. We will review the case and respond as soon as possible.
