Raj Yoga is a Vedic natal calculator on the sidereal D1 chart (Lahiri ayanamsa unless Method says KP or Jaimini). It is not a tropical sun-sign blurb and not a prediction of events.

## When to use

Use this when you want named D1 yoga hits with strength percentage, planets, and houses. Do not use it as a career PDF or as a guarantee of status or wealth.

## What you need

- Required: Full Name, Date of Birth, Time of Birth (hour, minute, AM/PM), and Place of Birth. You must pick a place suggestion from the autocomplete, then India or Outside India.
- Optional: a saved family or community kundli via KundliSelector instead of retyping. Don't know time? if the clock time is unknown.
- Sign-in: required. The page uses PageGateAuthSection. Guests see a gate that says they will sign in and return with details saved. After sign-in, if no astro record exists, the inline astro profile panel collects one before the calculator runs.
- Unknown time: Don't know time? offers preset windows (Early Morning around 04:00 through Night around 22:30) and notes that exact time improves accuracy. House cusps, lagna, and any house-based score are then approximate, not exact.
- Place: latitude, longitude, and timezone are resolved from the selected place id. A free-typed place string that is not chosen from suggestions does not submit.
- Not on the visible form: you do not type coordinates. Gender is not a required visible field on this calculator form.

## What you get

On-screen result plus a Birth Summary (Name, Date, Time, Place used). Nothing is a PDF from this URL.

- Totals: All yogas, Raja-type, Dhana, Daridra.
- Per-yoga cards: yoga name, strengthInPercentage, planets involved, Houses, meaning.
- Sections: Raja yogas, Dhana yogas, Daridra (if any), Other yogas.

- Not included: predictions of events, medical-legal-financial advice, or a saved file.

**Totals.** Totals: All yogas, Raja-type, Dhana, Daridra. Read this as output from the natal (or transit) query you just submitted. If the HTML cell is blank, the engine omitted it; do not invent a number or a yoga name. Do not treat the label as medical, legal, or financial advice.

**Per-yoga cards.** Per-yoga cards: yoga name, strengthInPercentage, planets involved, Houses, meaning. Read this as output from the natal (or transit) query you just submitted. If the HTML cell is blank, the engine omitted it; do not invent a number or a yoga name. Do not treat the label as medical, legal, or financial advice.

The form title is Enter Birth Details. Time of Birth is split into HH, MM, and AM/PM. Place of Birth is autocomplete; submitting without a suggestion shows “Please select place of birth from suggested places.” While a result loads, a four-field skeleton is shown.

Start the result at Birth Summary / Birth details used (Name, Date, Time, Place). Then read the tool-specific tables above. North/South/East wheels, expanders, and “current” badges change presentation, not the ephemeris. If KundliSelector is visible, choosing a stored chart sends the same fields as the form.

The public HTML URL stays /raj-yoga; this markdown twin is /raj-yoga.md. Agents should cite the HTML as the canonical product page and the markdown as the machine-readable explanation. The markdown response is noindexed. This file does not quote a price.

After you have a result, you can run a new query with different birth details on the same URL. The previous table is replaced; nothing is archived on this calculator page as a downloadable file.

## Method

Parashari-style yoga detection on sidereal D1 (Lahiri). Combinations are calculated; names and “meaning” text are classical labels plus short notes, not event prediction. Daridra listings are the engine’s poverty-yoga class, not a financial forecast.

Sidereal signs here are not tropical Western signs. Ayanamsa is Lahiri unless you are on the KP page, which still uses sidereal longitudes and then adds sub-lords and significators. The D1 rāśi chart is the natal wheel this family uses unless Method names D12 or a transit overlay.

House numbers, when shown, are counted from lagna as the page draws them. If time came from Don't know time?, treat every house number and lagna-dependent yoga as uncertain. Slow-moving grahas (Saturn, Jupiter, Rahu, Ketu) shift less with clock error than lagna does.

Yoga, dosha, and dignity names mean the engine’s combination rules fired. They do not mean an event, a disease, or a payment will occur. Related links are other markdown twins on this site, not internal engine URLs.

PageGateAuthSection tells guests they will sign in and return with details saved. After login, an inline astro profile runs when no astro record exists. These calculator pages do not list a wallet SKU or a price.

## How to start

1. Sign in (or complete the guest gate). If KundliSelector appears, pick a stored chart or choose to create a new one.
2. Fill Full Name, Date of Birth, Time of Birth, and Place of Birth (pick a suggestion). If the time is unknown, open Don't know time? and treat house results as approximate.
3. Submit. Confirm the Birth Summary card (Name, Date, Time, Place) matches what you meant, then read the tables and notes. This URL does not save a PDF.

This markdown twin is served at the same path as the HTML tool with `.md` appended. It is a machine-readable explanation, not a scrape of the React tree and not a live ephemeris dump. Open the HTML URL to submit a new query. The markdown route sends `Content-Type: text/markdown` and `X-Robots-Tag: noindex`. Do not call internal calculator APIs; this file never lists those URLs.

If a Related link points at a page that still uses the older short template, the title and path are still valid in the site catalog. Prefer the public `.md` path when walking the corpus. Frontmatter `related` uses HTML paths without `.md`.

Output on these tools is on-screen only. A PDF, if you need one, is a separate report product listed under Related when it exists. Chat products are separate Maya modes. None of those are required to read the calculator result you already have.

This tool requires sign-in and a natal record. KundliSelector appears when more than one stored chart exists. Don't know time? presets keep the form valid but make lagna and houses approximate. Place must be a suggestion with a place id.

Swiss Ephemeris positions with Lahiri ayanamsa underlie the sidereal D1 tools. KP adds sub-lords and significators on the same sidereal longitudes. Jaimini tools (Arudha, Indu, AK/DK) use D1 degrees and constructed lagnas, not a second tropical zodiac.

Shadbala and Ashtakvarga are strength systems; they do not replace dasha dates. Sade Sati dates are Saturn versus natal Moon, not a full gochar of every planet. Gemstone and rudraksha lists are correspondences ranked with a Shadbala snapshot, not prescriptions.
