Subscription, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

TrustAstrology.ai ("TrustAstrology," "we," "us," or "our") offers instant-access, consumable digital subscription services and is committed to complying with applicable consumer protection and data protection laws. This Policy explains subscription, cancellation, refund terms, and certain related data-processing practices. By purchasing or using any paid service, you agree to this Policy.

2. Overview of Services

TrustAstrology.ai operates on a freemium and subscription-based model. We may offer:

• Limited free access to certain features
• Paid recurring subscriptions (monthly, annual, or other cycles)
• Promotional or trial plans

Free access may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion.

3. Privacy & Data Processing — Important

We process personal data required to provide, bill, and support subscription services. By subscribing, you consent to such processing. You have rights of access, correction, completion, updating, erasure, and withdrawal of consent in accordance with law. We retain operational logs as reasonably necessary for dispute resolution, audits, chargebacks, and regulatory compliance.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

TrustAstrology offers various subscription plans, including recurring and non-recurring plans.

Pricing

Applicable subscription fees, taxes, and billing cycles are displayed on the checkout page at the time of purchase and form part of your agreement. The checkout page shall be the authoritative source for pricing. Taxes, levies, and statutory charges shall be applied as per applicable Indian law.

5. Billing, Auto-Renewal and Checkout Consent

Payment Methods

Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways in accordance with RBI regulations and applicable banking standards.

Auto-Renewal and Recurring Billing

All paid subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. By purchasing a subscription, you expressly authorize TrustAstrology to charge your selected payment method at the frequency selected by you during checkout (monthly, annual, or otherwise) until you cancel. Renewal charges for existing active subscriptions shall be applied at the price originally agreed at the time of purchase, unless the user is notified in advance and expressly consents to a revised price. Any change in subscription pricing shall apply prospectively to new subscriptions and shall not affect existing active subscriptions unless otherwise communicated and accepted by the user. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@trustastrology.com. If you do not cancel before the renewal date, your subscription will renew automatically and the applicable charges will be billed. Where required by law or payment network rules, we may provide renewal reminders prior to charging.

Mandatory Checkout Consent

At checkout, you must confirm: "By clicking 'Pay', you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood the Subscription, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy; (b) you expressly consent to immediate activation of this digital/consumable service and understand that the service is delivered instantly and is non-reversible once activated; and (c) you expressly authorise automatic recurring charges at the selected billing interval until cancellation." We maintain records of such consent, including timestamp, IP address, and transaction ID.

6. Fair Use and Usage Limits

Subscriptions are intended for personal and reasonable use. We may review or restrict accounts that:

• Generate excessive or automated traffic
• Share accounts with third parties
• Abuse system resources

Such measures ensure service stability.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via:

Upon cancellation:

• Auto-renewal will stop
• Access continues until expiry of the paid term
• No further charges will be applied

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund unless eligible under Section 8.

8. Refund Policy

General Rule (Instant Digital Service)

Because TrustAstrology delivers instant-access and consumable digital services, subscription fees are non-refundable after activation or access, except where:

1. Required by applicable law
2. Duplicate or erroneous charges occur
3. Verified system failure prevents delivery

By purchasing, you agree that activation and recorded use constitute delivery. Grant of system access itself constitutes substantial performance and delivery of service, irrespective of duration of usage. Renewal charges are subject to the same non-refundable terms once processed. Nothing in this Policy limits statutory rights under the DPDP Act.

Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, including:

• Duplicate or excess payments
• Verified technical failures
• Non-delivery due to our fault

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind
• Non-usage
• Incorrect user-provided data
• Violation of platform policies
• User-side technical issues
• Substantial service use
• Abuse of free trials or promotions

9. Service Activation and Log Retention

Service Activation

A subscription is activated when:

• Payment is successfully processed, and
• Paid access is granted

This constitutes delivery of service.

Log Retention

We maintain records including:

• Activation time
• Access duration
• Messages exchanged
• Content delivered
• Transaction details

Such records are retained for up to two (2) years, or longer where required by law or necessary for dispute resolution, audits, or regulatory compliance.

10. Refund Request Process

Include:

• Registered email ID
• Transaction ID
• Date of payment
• Reason for request

Additional verification may be required.

11. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within seven (7) to ten (10) working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks or payment issuers may take additional time to reflect coins. We do not issue cash refunds. Applicable gateway or processing fees may be deducted, except in cases of our error.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account review or suspension. We cooperate with payment processors and investigate disputes in good faith. Users agree to first contact TrustAstrology for resolution before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. We reserve the right to contest unjustified chargebacks using transaction logs and records.

13. Security and Personal Data Breach

We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data. In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board and affected Data Principals in the manner and timeframe prescribed by applicable law. Appropriate remedial measures will be undertaken.

14. Data Processors and Cross-Border Transfers

We may engage third-party processors such as payment gateways and cloud providers. Processors are contractually obligated to use data solely for providing services to us. Cross-border transfers occur only as permitted by law and subject to appropriate safeguards. Billing-related data may be shared for dispute resolution and compliance purposes.

15. Data Principal Rights

You may exercise rights including:

• Access
• Correction
• Completion
• Updating
• Erasure
• Withdrawal of consent

16. Children's Data

We do not knowingly provide paid services to persons under eighteen (18) years of age without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child's data has been processed without consent, contact grievance@trustastrology.ai immediately.

17. Cancellation by TrustAstrology

We may suspend, cancel, or refuse services in cases of:

• Fraud
• Policy violations
• Abuse
• Legal requirements
• Pricing errors

Where appropriate, refunds may be issued based on reasonable internal review and applicable law.

18. Service Interruptions

In rare cases of extended system outages caused solely by our systems, we may, at our option, provide service extensions or account coins. Such remedies shall constitute full and final settlement for service interruption claims.

18A. Force Majeure

TrustAstrology shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or cloud outages, cyber incidents, government actions, labour disputes, or infrastructure failures.

19. Modifications

We may modify subscription plans, features, or pricing. Changes apply from the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated. Material changes will be communicated where required. Pricing changes shall not impact existing active subscriptions unless expressly accepted by the user.

20A. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustAstrology's total liability arising out of or relating to subscription services shall not exceed the subscription fees paid for the immediately preceding billing cycle.

20B. Waiver of Class or Representative Actions

To the extent permitted by law, users agree that any dispute shall be pursued individually and not as part of any class, collective, or representative proceeding.

20C. Entire Agreement

This Policy, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and TrustAstrology regarding subscriptions and supersedes all prior understandings.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
