TrustAstrology.ai Coins Program — Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

Coins: In-app balance issued by TrustAstrology.ai that unlock predefined discount tiers on eligible purchases made only on TrustAstrology.ai.
Indicative Value: While 1 coin may be notionally displayed as ₹1 savings for internal calculation purposes, coins do not represent stored monetary value, prepaid instruments, deposits, legal tender, or wallet balance. The actual benefit depends entirely on the active discount slab at checkout.

2. Eligibility

Open to all registered users of TrustAstrology.ai.
One account per individual. Coins are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be pooled or shared.

3. Earning coins

For every ₹100 actually paid, you earn 50 coins.
Coins accrue proportionately and are rounded down to the nearest whole coin.
Amounts paid using coins do not earn additional coins.
Coins are added within 24 hours after successful activation/delivery.
TrustAstrology.ai may, from time to time, offer different coin schemes or promotions to users.

4. Redemption, Discount Logic & Platform Discretion

Coins do not function as a wallet balance and do not reduce order value on a strict 1:1 monetary basis. Redemption is governed exclusively by predefined discount tiers.

Example product base price: ₹30.
Allowed payable amounts are limited to fixed slabs: ₹30 (0%), ₹27 (10%), ₹24 (20%), ₹21 (30%), ₹18 (40%), ₹15 (50%), ₹12 (60%), ₹9 (70%), ₹6 (80%), ₹3 (90%).
If applying coins mathematically results in a value that does not match an approved slab, the system will automatically apply the next higher discount slab.
Example: ₹30 − 8 coins = ₹22. Since ₹22 is not an approved slab, the payable amount becomes ₹21 (30% slab).
Final payable amounts must always match an official slab. Custom or intermediate pricing is not permitted.
Platform-Controlled Logic: The calculation, sequencing, and interpretation of coins are fully controlled by TrustAstrology.ai systems. The platform reserves sole discretion in determining how coins convert into discount tiers.
No Fixed Monetary Equivalence: Coins do not guarantee a direct ₹1 reduction per coin. Effective benefit depends entirely on the active discount structure at checkout.
Right to Modify Logic: TrustAstrology.ai may modify, restructure, introduce, or remove discount tiers, redemption mechanics, valuation methods, or earning rates at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.
Coins are not redeemable for cash, refunds, or transfers.

5. Validity & Expiry

Coins expire 35 days from the date they are added.
Expired coins cannot be reinstated, extended, or revalidated.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Coins earned from cancelled or refunded orders will be reversed.
Coins used in refunded orders (if eligible) will be returned with original remaining validity only.
Coins associated with chargebacks or failed payments may be removed.

7. Fraud, Abuse & Compliance

TrustAstrology.ai reserves the right to audit, withhold, reverse, cancel coins, or suspend accounts in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, multi-account activity, exploitation of discount slabs, or violation of platform policies.

8. Program Changes & Termination

TrustAstrology.ai may modify, suspend, or terminate the coins program at any time. Unused coins remain subject to the latest applicable terms.

9. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
