TrustAstrology.ai Cashback Credits Program — Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• Cashback Credits: Promotional in-app balance issued by TrustAstrology.ai that reduces the amount you pay on eligible real-money purchases made on TrustAstrology.ai.
• Not Coins: Cashback Credits are separate from TrustCoins. They cannot be used to unlock coin-based discount slabs on reports or audible content.

2. Eligibility

• Open to registered users of TrustAstrology.ai.
• Cashback Credits are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be pooled or shared.

3. Earning Cashback Credits

• On eligible purchases, you earn 50% of the amount actually paid in Cashback Credits (rounded down to the nearest whole credit).
• Amounts paid using Cashback Credits do not earn additional credits on the discounted portion.
• Certain products, including coin-pack purchases, may be excluded from earning Cashback Credits as determined by TrustAstrology.ai from time to time.
• Credits are typically added after successful order completion or subscription activation.

4. Redemption

• Cashback Credits automatically reduce your payable amount at checkout on eligible purchases, up to the order total.
• 1 Cashback Credit reduces ₹1 from the payable amount on eligible checkouts.
• Cashback Credits are not redeemable for cash, refunds, bank transfers, or withdrawals.

5. Validity & Expiry

• Cashback Credits expire 14 days after they are issued.
• Expired credits are removed from your balance and cannot be restored.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cashback Credits issued from cancelled or refunded orders may be reversed.
• Cashback Credits used on refunded orders may be restored at TrustAstrology.ai's discretion.

7. Program Changes

TrustAstrology.ai may modify, suspend, or terminate the Cashback Credits program at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
